Seasonal Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Job Title: Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Director of Operations Position Type: Seasonal, Part-Time or Full-Time (based on business needs) Location: MLA Wholesale Inc. Position Summary MLA Wholesale Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to assist with warehouse operations and customer deliveries during busy floral seasons. This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive fresh, high-quality floral products accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse conditions while also representing MLA Wholesale professionally during customer deliveries. Essential ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Responsibilities Receive and unload incoming floral shipments from growers and vendors Inspect incoming product for quality, count accuracy, and damage Organize and stock products in coolers and warehouse locations Assist with packing and preparing orders for customer delivery or pickup Label, organize, and stage completed orders Help maintain cooler organization and product rotation Cut, hydrate, process, and prepare floral products as needed Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse work areas Support pre-pulling future orders during slower periods Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned Delivery Responsibilities Load delivery vehicles carefully and securely Deliver floral products accurately and on schedule Provide professional and friendly customer service during deliveries Review route sheets and delivery instructions before departure Verify deliveries and obtain required documentation when necessary Report any delivery issues, customer concerns, damages, or missing items immediately Handle customer returns according to company procedures Keep delivery vehicles clean and notify management of maintenance concerns Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Comfortable working in cooler temperatures and warehouse environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics, or floral experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Work in refrigerated environments for extended periods Ability to safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles Expectations At MLA Wholesale, we value: Teamwork Integrity Honesty Communication Excellence Team members are expected to maintain a professional attitude, support coworkers, and contribute to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.
