About Us Suit Emporium is a menswear store specializing in suits, tuxedos, and formalwear. Our mission is simple: guiding people to feel their best for the moments that matter. Weddings, proms, interviews, big nights. When a customer walks in, the store has to be ready, and that’s where you come in. The Role This is a behind-the-scenes role that keeps the whole store running. You’ll make sure every size is on the floor, every table is folded, and the store looks sharp when we open the next morning. This position runs through the holiday season, from date of hire through January 16 , with closing shifts in the late afternoon and evenings, Christmas Eve, Black Friday, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day , and weekends. You won’t be selling at first. Once you’ve mastered inventory and store operations, we’ll train you to work the sales floor too. What You’ll Do Inventory management (your #1 priority): Count stock, find missing sizes on the floor, and restock them from the back so customers never hear “we don’t have your size” when we actually do. Receive, unpack, and tag new shipments. Keep inventory counts accurate and flag discrepancies right away. Fold, re-hang, and put away merchandise after customers try things on. Keep displays, racks, and tables organized and presentation-ready. Close the store: clean, wipe surfaces, sweep, and mop the floors. Spot what needs to be done and handle it without being told. Who You Are Extremely detail-oriented. You notice the missing 40R, the crooked stack, the smudge on the mirror. Smart and independent. You can think for yourself, solve problems, and get through a closing checklist with no one watching. Reliable and on time. Closing shifts depend on you showing up. Disciplined and consistent. You follow the steps, do the job right, and do it on time, every shift. Positive and coachable. You take feedback well and learn from mistakes instead of making excuses. Available evenings and weekends through January 16 Able to stand for your full shift, use a tall ladder in storage room, lift boxes up to 30lbs, and handle cleaning duties Our Values Accountability: Be honest with yourself, work hard for the people around you, and respect your team and every client. Grow as one: We grow together, not against each other. We grow as one or fall as one. Excellence, not complacency: We go all in and hold a high standard. When it gets hard, we learn instead of quitting. What It’s Like Here We care more about consistency than being “the best.” Good energy is expected. If something isn’t done right, we want you to step up and lead, not walk past it. Feedback goes both ways, openly and respectfully, and mistakes get corrected, not punished. This Can Turn Into More This role is seasonal, but we’re looking for someone we want to keep. Seasonal hires who show up, stay consistent, and live our values will be considered for a permanent position after January 16, including growth into sales. Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
