PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a current and accurate cycle count of all finish goods inventory. Additionally, The Inventory Coordinator will work with shipping, receiving and sales departments on discrepancies and verifications. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY: Investigate missing inventory through research, physical searches, and system analysis. Update cycle count program Operate a stand-up forklift to access and manage finished goods within the warehouse Maintain inventory accuracy of finish goods using multiple tools and procedures including ownership of a cycle-count program. Count or estimate quantities of materials received. Primary coordinator of all physical inventory events for finish goods warehousing Generate reports on missing items/ lost items and inventory adjustments. Correct and escalate discrepancies, if needed, to management Occasionally work differing shifts Coordinate with all warehouse personnel to support safe working practices and unify efforts to meet inventory accuracy goals Operate a stand-up forklift to access and manage finished goods within the warehouse. Adjust to and follow new procedures and innovations, which would add to the efficiency and safety of the operation Highly proficient with scanning equipment and warehouse management software Maintenance of a clean work environment in accordance with Food Safety and 5S systems Page Break QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working with inventory management processes and/or high-volume delivery coordinating. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have computer skills and possess ability to utilize Microsoft Office, inventory management, and ERP software. Use of scanner guns and inventory management software is required. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must have the ability to read and understand documents, letters, etc. and write legibly in English. Must be able to understand and speak clearly, communicate, and understand directions in English as needed.
