This role is critical in helping us prepare for the holiday season by ensuring inventory is received, processed, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Core Responsibilities Receive, unload, sort, and accurately process inbound shipments. Tag and prepare merchandise for warehouse storage and store distribution. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all inbound and outbound freight processes. Process outbound inventory shipments for distribution to Pacifier store locations. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with store replenishment as needed. Stock merchandise on the sales floor when necessary. Communicate with vendors regarding shipment discrepancies, damaged merchandise, and defective products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency. Assist with additional warehouse and inventory projects during the busy holiday season. We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers results. Is dependable, punctual, and maintains excellent attendance. Has exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Is proactive, adaptable, and enjoys solving problems. Is friendly, professional, and team-oriented. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Is comfortable using computers and inventory software and has basic math skills. Can safely lift and move up to 40 pounds. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or retail inventory experience is preferred but not required.
