We’re hiring seasonal team members to help prepare, assemble, inspect, and package customer orders during the 2026 holiday season. Previous work experience is required. Previous printing or sublimation experience is not required. We will train you on our products, equipment, and production process. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, learns through demonstration, and can maintain a productive pace while paying attention to details. What You’ll Do Prepare products and materials for production. Assemble personalized products and operate production equipment, including heat presses, after training. Inspect finished products for quality, personalization accuracy, and defects. Match completed products to the correct customer orders and verify quantities. Use a computer to look up basic customer order information. Package orders and prepare them for carrier pickup. Keep your workstation organized and move between production and packaging tasks as needed. This is repetitive, hands-on work. During busy periods, you may perform the same task for several hours. Both accuracy and a steady work pace matter. What We’re Looking For Experience in retail, restaurants, warehouses, stocking, packaging, assembly, fulfillment, or other hands-on jobs is welcome. Successful applicants will have: Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to learn demonstrated tasks, follow instructions, and apply feedback. Attention to detail when checking photos, personalization, quantities, and customer orders. Ability to stay focused and work independently after training. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, understand, and communicate workplace instructions in English. Comfort standing for approximately 1–2 hours at a time and lifting up to 30 pounds when needed. Schedule Weekday daytime shifts. Expected hours: 24–40 per week during November and December , depending on order volume. Applicants must be available to work up to 40 hours per week during peak holiday weeks . Training begins in October, when weekly hours may be below 24. Seasonal employment is expected to continue through late December 2026. Strong availability during November and December is required. Continued employment after the holiday season may be considered based on performance and business needs.
