Seasonal Part-Time Store Associate--Fingerprinting Tech, Customer Service, & Shipping

Back Office Plus is a local, veteran-owned small business in Bethel Park providing shipping, packing, printing, fingerprinting, mailbox services, and other business solutions to our community. We're a small, close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and believes in having some fun along the way! We're looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team during the busy holiday season. This is a seasonal, part-time position expected to continue through Christmas 2026. There may be an opportunity to extend employment beyond the holiday season based on business needs and individual performance, but continued employment is not guaranteed. SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY Availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is required. Flexibility to work additional shifts as business needs increase during the holiday season is strongly preferred. Willingness to help cover occasional staffing gaps, including short-notice shifts is a plus. Weekly hours may vary based on business needs, with scheduling discussed during the hiring process. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist customers with fingerprinting and federal-level background checks Help customers with shipping, packing, package drop-offs, and returns through major carriers Provide printing, copying, scanning, and other document services. Assist with physical and virtual mailbox services. Process customer transactions and assist with retail merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Support team members with other daily operations as needed, especially during busy periods. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Previous experience not required. We provide training! Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers. Comfortable using computers and learning new software and equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Able to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Previous retail, shipping, printing, or customer service experience a plus. High school diploma or GED required.
