Seasonal Packaging & Shipping Associate - Push Pin Orders - $19-$20

Job Summary: Push Pin Travel Maps is a small, family-owned business that sells personalized travel maps and specialty push pins. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to prepare, pack, and ship push pin orders during the holiday season. Schedule: 20 hours per week 4 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a morning start time Starts the week of November 16, 2026, and runs through Christmas Responsibilities: Use ShipStation to print packing lists and shipping labels. Pick the correct push pin designs, colors, and quantities for each order. Double-check and pack each order to ensure it goes to the right customer. Count and prepackage push pins for future orders. Keep the packing and shipping area clean and organized. Work with the team to get orders out on time and help with other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Strong attention to detail, including the ability to accurately count small push pins and verify quantities before packing. Comfort using a computer to manage orders and print packing lists and shipping labels. Ability to read packing lists and instructions, write order notes, and communicate with teammates in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Reliability, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work on your feet throughout a 4-hour shift.
