Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate Elite Athletic Gear — Bradenton, FL Seasonal | $19/hour + $250 Season Completion Bonus Elite Athletic Gear is looking for dependable, hard-working Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team for the 2026 holiday season. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on getting customer orders picked, packed, customized, and shipped accurately and on time during our busiest time of year. Our warehouse uses iPads, barcode scanning, and warehouse management software to make fulfillment simple and efficient. Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but not required. We can train the right person quickly. What matters most to us is reliability, speed, attention to detail, and a willingness to work hard as part of a team. What You'll Do - Pick customer orders using an iPad and warehouse management software - Scan products and organize orders into totes - Pack and prepare orders for shipment - Verify products and quantities for accuracy - Restock and organize inventory throughout the warehouse - Stage and move orders through the fulfillment process - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed - Select team members may be trained on laser engraving and heat-press customization What We're Looking For - Extremely reliable and punctual - Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy - Comfortable using an iPad, barcode scanner, and warehouse software| - Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the shift - Strong attention to detail - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during peak holiday volume - Previous picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouse experience is preferred but not required Schedule This is a seasonal position beginning in late October / early November and running through approximately December 21st or 22nd Hours increase as holiday order volume increases: Late October / Early November: Approximately 20–30 hours per week Mid-November through December 21: Approximately 40–48 hours per week (Peak-season) *Peak-season availability Monday through Saturday is strongly preferred. Because this is a short and extremely important holiday season, reliable attendance throughout the entire employment period is required. Compensation $19/hour Plus: $250 Season Completion Bonus The $250 completion bonus is available to seasonal team members who remain employed through December 21/22, maintain reliable attendance with no unexcused absences, and meet performance expectations throughout the season.
