Conduct electronic scan of all active associate personnel records into Oracle-People Manager Conduct file audits to ensure compliance with Williams-Sonoma, INC. policies, procedures, and regulations Record maintenance of all HR records including active associate personnel files for Supply Chain File HR related items into associate personnel files with 100% accuracy, ensuring documents are complete and properly labeled and stored in the correct location Manage the processing of Oracle-People Manager entries and personnel actions ensuring appropriate internal controls are maintained, to allow for decreased errors Process new hire information in Oracle within 72 hours of date of hire while maintaining 100% data accuracy and integrity Prepare employment packages, handling benefits information, associate inquiries and processing associate paperwork Prepare worker’s compensation packets Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow established filing, scanning and record retention procedures Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates….
