Seasonal FedEx Delivery Driver

Need Extra holiday cash? We are looking for seasonal drivers that are able to work between 2-4 days per week Monday through Friday. The shifts starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends whenever the deliveries are completed. This is a seasonal position but could become long term for the right employee. The pay range is $170 to $200+ per day depending on how many stops you have that day. 90 stops is $170 for the day and 120 stops or more is $200+for the day. Background check, drug screening and DOT Physical are all required. You will be trained and safety certified before making any deliveries on your own. This is a physical labor job and requires that you be able to lift 150 lbs. with the assistance of hand trucks. Commercial driving history or delivering history is highly preferred. Compensation: Paid weekly (Friday) Responsibilities: Arrive at work by 8:30 am. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes. Follow routes, and time schedules. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle. Complete logs and reports accurately. Follow DOT regulations and all safety standards. Skills: Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver, and or Commercial driving experience (preferred but not required). Will train qualified candidates. Ability to operate vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good driving record with no recent traffic violations. Requirements: Must have a good attitude, and willingness to learn. Must not have any felonies, misdemeanors, or pending charges. Must be 21 years of age, or above to apply. Must have a valid drivers license for at least 2 years. Proven working experience that includes driving as a primary duty. You must have some type of work-related driving experience to be qualified.
