Seasonal FedEx Delivery Driver - Company Vehicle Provided

Jenco, Inc., an independent service provider contracted with FedEx, is hiring 3 to 4 temporary delivery drivers for the peak season in Eugene. This position uses a company provided passenger vehicle or minivan rather than a traditional delivery truck. Drivers should expect approximately 60 to 80 or more delivery stops per day and about 130 miles of driving per day. Actual route size, hours and mileage will vary with package volume and operational needs. What we offer $20.00 per hour W-2 employment with Jenco, Inc. Company vehicle and fuel provided Paid training Temporary peak season employment Daytime delivery work, generally about 5 days per week depending on volume What you will do Load assigned packages into your vehicle Safely and accurately complete residential and business deliveries Use provided scanning, routing and navigation equipment Communicate with dispatch during the day Return undelivered packages and company equipment as directed at the end of the route Requirements Valid driver license and at least one year of licensed driving experience Acceptable driving record and ability to meet Jenco and applicable FedEx AVP qualification requirements Successful completion of required background and driving record screening Successful pre employment drug screen, including THC; the screening is paid for by Jenco Comfortable driving about 130 miles per day and completing approximately 60 to 80 or more stops Dependable attendance throughout peak season Able to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the day Able to safely handle and deliver assigned packages, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable using a scanner, iPad, GPS and navigation tools Must follow Jenco and FedEx safety, security and package handling procedures No unauthorized passengers while delivering Jenco, Inc. is an independent service provider contracted with FedEx.
