Seasonal Dockworker / Tow motor Operator Start Next Week! Location: Mansfield & Shelby, Ohio (Must be able to work at multiple facilities) Compensation: $19.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential Duration: This is a seasonal position October through January 2027 Shift: 4:00 PM ? 12:00 AM (Midnight), Tuesday through Saturday Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, experienced tow motor driver/dock worker to join our fast-paced warehouse and distribution center team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in loading, unloading, and moving freight efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment across our regional locations. Key Responsibilities Operate a tow motor (forklift) safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment. Load and unload trailers, stage freight, and organize inventory. Transport goods between storage areas and loading docks. Comply with all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse procedures. Adapt to different facility locations in the Mansfield and Shelby areas as operational needs require. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent tow motor experience working specifically within a warehouse or distribution center environment. Reliability: Must possess dependable transportation to travel between multiple work locations in Mansfield and Shelby. Schedule Flexibility: Ability to consistently work the 4:00 PM to midnight shift, Tuesday through Saturday. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active for the duration of an 8-hour shift
