SAP Source-to-Pay Architect

Senior Director – SAP S2P / Procurement Architect Location: North America, USA Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Director – SAP S2P / Procurement Architect to lead the global Source-to-Pay, Materials Management, and Procurement transformation strategy. The role will define enterprise SAP architecture, drive global process harmonization, and enable intelligent, AI-driven procurement across a multinational organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the global SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) architecture and transformation roadmap . Drive end-to-end Sourcing, Procurement, Materials Management, Supplier Management, and Procure-to-Pay transformation. Define and govern SAP S/4HANA MM, Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, and Supplier Lifecycle Management solutions. Establish global procurement standards, governance, clean-core principles, and architecture best practices. Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Enterprise Architecture leadership. Drive supplier collaboration, spend optimization, inventory improvement, procurement automation, and supply-chain risk management . Leverage SAP BTP, Integration Suite, SAP Business AI, and Joule to enable intelligent procurement. Required Experience 15+ years of SAP experience with strong S/4HANA Procurement / MM / S2P expertise. Proven experience leading global SAP procurement transformations and enterprise architecture . Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba, Supplier Management, P2P, S2C, inventory, and supplier collaboration . Experience working with senior Procurement, Supply Chain, and C-level stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, electrification, or technology environments is highly preferred. Strong leadership, architecture governance, transformation, and stakeholder management skills.
