Sanitation / Warehouse Associate / General Labor

Job Overview We are seeking a hard worker to assist with general warehouse duties, including restocking parts, loading trash compactor, stacking cardboard, and other duties as needed. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sanitation / Warehouse Associate / General Labor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse areas, including floors, equipment, and workstations using appropriate cleaning tools such as floor buffers and custodial supplies. Handle chemical agents safely during cleaning processes, adhering strictly to chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols. Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, equipment, or materials while practicing safe lifting techniques to prevent injury. Maintain sanitation standards by regularly disinfecting surfaces, waste disposal, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Support facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or general upkeep to keep the warehouse environment functional and welcoming. Operate cleaning equipment efficiently, including floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools to ensure optimal floor care and cleanliness. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations. Follow all safety protocols diligently during janitorial activities, warehouse tasks, and when handling potentially hazardous materials or chemicals. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for cleaning or maintenance support as needed. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums enhances effectiveness on the job. Experience handling chemical agents safely according to established procedures is highly desirable. Previous roles involving heavy lifting or manual labor demonstrate physical readiness for this position. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence in facilities maintenance ensures a secure working environment. Background in industrial cleaning or general labor roles provides a solid foundation for success in this role.
