San Antonio CDJR | San Antonio, TX | Full-Time Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 annually, based on hourly pay, bonuses, experience, and other incentives Join Our Team San Antonio CDJR is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our growing Parts Department. This position is responsible for assisting technicians, service advisors, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with identifying and sourcing automotive parts while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist technicians and Service Advisors with identifying and sourcing automotive parts. Provide professional and knowledgeable service to retail and wholesale customers. Identify parts using manufacturer catalogs, electronic parts systems, and dealership resources. Prepare accurate parts estimates and invoices. Check parts availability, pricing, and delivery times. Order parts from manufacturers, distributors, and vendors as needed. Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts. Maintain accurate inventory and help identify discrepancies. Communicate with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure timely completion of repairs. Assist with special orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts. Maintain an organized and professional parts counter and department. Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction. Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience preferred. Dealership Parts Department experience is a plus. CDJR/Stellantis parts experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems. Comfortable using computers, parts catalogs, and dealership management systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to work weekends as required.
