Responsibilities Safely operate forklift, vans, or personal vehicles for local delivery routes ( NW Missouri / Kansas City areas) adhering strictly to traffic regulations and standards Load and unload salt bags, water bottles, and related materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment at customer sites Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction during deliveries Follow all safety protocols for manual lifting, heavy lifting practices, and workplace weight handling procedures Maintain accurate delivery tickets and delivery confirmations in writing Support warehouse operations as needed by organizing inventory, preparing supplies for delivery, and assisting with stock replenishment Skills Experience driving commercial vehicles such as box trucks or vans; valid driver’s license required Delivery driver experience with personal or commercial vehicles is highly desirable Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy loads safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Familiarity with mobile devices for route navigation and record keeping Ability to work independently while managing time effectively on route-driven schedules This role offers an energetic environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction.
