Sales Support and Fulfilment Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to handle both front-end sales administration and back-end order fulfillment. In this role, you will be responsible for entering sales orders and generating invoices in QuickBooks, while also physically picking, packing, and shipping daily customer orders. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration (QuickBooks): Accurately enter incoming sales orders and customer data into QuickBooks. Generate and send customer invoices, receipts, and packing slips. Process payments and update customer account records. Import sales deposits in QuickBooks. Create Aged Accounts Receivable Report using QuickBooks. Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Pick, pack, and securely label daily orders for shipment. Arrange shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) and generate shipping labels. Inspect outgoing packages to ensure quality and order accuracy. Process incoming customer returns and log damaged items. Record outbound freight costs. Order shipping supplies. Inventory & Communication: Monitor stock levels and flag low inventory to management/production team. Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping tracking. Assist with answering customer calls as needed. Assist as needed with packaging low inventory items. Expense Management: · Reconcile company credit card statements and ensure QuickBooks is updated Weekly. Trade Shows: · Travel as part of the Specialty Archery team to out-of-town trade shows as needed to assist with sales and invoicing in the booth. (ATA in Indianapolis, Indiana + Vegas Shoot in Las Vegas, Nevada, plus others as needed.) Qualifications Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. Exceptional focus on numerical accuracy and attention to detail. One to two years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment role. Proficiency in QuickBooks or ability to learn. Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Word and Excel. · Proven ability to work seamlessly with others, coordinate effectively across departments, and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment. Capability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $50,000 annually.
