Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Promote and upsell cell phones, accessories, and cable TV packages, and internet Maintain an organized sales floor with effective merchandising. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Mantain store cleanliness and product displays Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to upsell products effectively. Goal Oriented with positive attitude Bilingual English , Spanish a must Organizational skills for managing stock and sales processes. Physical ability for heavy lifting when required. Knowledge of pricing strategies is a plus.
