Position Summary
The Sales & Operations Coordinator is a hands-on, on-site, role that supports administrative tasks, client interactions, and operational needs. This position helps ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly at our Etobicoke location by providing reliable, cross-functional support. This role is primarily based at the 91 Advance location and may evolve to support broader operational needs as the business grows.
Schedule Requirements:
This role is expected to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule to support business and will-call needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Front Desk Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage reception duties including answering phones, responding to general inquiries, and directing requests appropriately
- Support will-call pickups and returns, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
- Assist with walk-in client needs and basic order inquiries
Sales & Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Inside Sales team, including order entry assistance, quote preparation, and follow-ups
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer and order records in inventory system.
- Coordinate communication between sales and operations teams as needed
Operations & Warehouse Support:
- Assist with light order preparation, including organizing and staging items for upcoming orders
- Ability to load and unload trucks and clients vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared warehouse and work areas
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support daily workflow
Office & Facilities Coordination:
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain shared spaces including kitchen and common areas (e.g., fridge clean-outs, tidiness)
- Support coordination of minor office needs and general upkeep
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or operations support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to physically lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable supporting both office and warehouse environments
- Other duties to support sales and operations at the 91 Advance location and other locations/business needs as assigned
