Compensation Range

$55,000-75,000

*The posted salary range is typical for this position. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

The Opportunity 

This role owns how our warehouse actually runs. Not in theory. In reality.

You are responsible for turning process into consistent execution across inbound, storage, and outbound throughout the Fittes network. When something breaks, slows down, or creates friction, it sits with you to diagnose and fix it.

You know our SKUs by heart and will work across inventory, logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure product moves accurately, efficiently, and predictably.

If you are looking for a role where you set strategy without owning execution, this is not it.

If you want to build systems that scales and see your impact daily, it is.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operational performance across the warehouse, accuracy, throughput, and efficiency
• Inventory integrity across systems and physical movement
• SOP development and enforcement across internal teams and 3PL partners
• Identification and removal of bottlenecks across inbound and outbound workflows
• Data-driven improvements to cost, speed, and quality
• Team output, not just team activity

This is a hands-on leadership role. You are expected to be close to the work, understand it deeply, and continuously improve it.

You’re a good fit if:

• you are an operations wizard, running with predictably and minimal firefighting
• inventory processes managed by you are accurate and trusted
• your processes are documented, followed, and continuously improved
• issues are identified early and resolved without escalation
• the team performs consistently and knows what good looks like
