Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive store performance. This role requires a strategic leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for retail management, and a comprehensive understanding of sales operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily store activities, motivate staff, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. Duties Lead and manage the retail sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to enhance performance Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store goals Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management Conduct employee interviewing, hiring, and scheduling to build a skilled team Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Foster excellent guest service by maintaining high standards of professionalism and product knowledge Coordinate with upper management on promotional activities and merchandising initiatives Experience Proven management experience within the retail industry, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail environments Demonstrated success in retail sales team leadership with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset for engaging diverse customer bases Effective managerial communication skills with a focus on leadership and team management If you are a motivated leader passionate about retail excellence and customer satisfaction, we invite you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
