Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and creating a welcoming shopping environment. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-maintained. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Apply retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
