Sales Associate – Jewelry

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces that match their style and preferences Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer operations Upsell complementary jewelry items and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized stock displays, restock merchandise, and ensure the store’s visual presentation is appealing and inviting Provide detailed product knowledge, including jewelry materials, care instructions, and current trends Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and participating in periodic stock counts Deliver excellent customer service through attentive communication, phone etiquette, and personalized assistance Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods; grocery store experience is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail operations math calculations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus) Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-up conversations Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash drawers confidently A proactive attitude with a passion for jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail products Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
