Duties Greet customers warmly as they arrive and provide engaging product demonstrations of our car wash services and retail products Assist customers in selecting the best wash packages and upselling additional services to maximize their experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, including stocking shelves with car wash supplies and retail products Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing information about services and promotions Ensure proper merchandising of products to attract customer attention and increase sales opportunities Support supervisory staff with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring compliance with store standards Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both person and over the phone Previous retail sales experience with proficiency in POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills to assist in team coordination when needed Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base more effectively Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions and resolving concerns promptly Basic math skills for handling cash drawer balancing, retail transactions, and calculating totals accurately This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while delivering top-notch service in a lively environment.
