Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering knowledgeable advice on features and specifications Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and optimize product visibility Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product tagging, and stockroom organization Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely Utilize basic math skills for transaction accuracy and sales calculations while ensuring efficient time management during busy periods Qualifications Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product demos and technical explanations Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and customer assistance simultaneously Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately and performing sales calculations Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail merchandising is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent time management skills Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
