Duties Collaborate with team members to monitor freight handling processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed during loading, unloading, and transportation activities. Utilize telematics and TMS software tools to compile safety reports, incident logs, and regulatory compliance documentation. Aid in risk management initiatives by identifying potential safety or regulatory issues and recommending corrective actions. Support the development and delivery of safety training sessions focused on transportation safety regulations, customs clearance procedures, and office safety practices. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of DOT transportation safety regulations. Technical proficiency with telematics and TMS software and regulatory compliance management tools. Experience or familiarity with logistics operations including freight handling and fleet management is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks related to compliance monitoring and risk assessment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across the team Ability to interpret complex DOT regulations and guidelines.
