Route Sales Representative / 16' Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) – Virginia | Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities
• Drive a 16-foot DOT-regulated box truck along an assigned sales and delivery route.
• Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, and other retail customers.
• Sell products, take orders, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare, load, organize, and deliver customer orders.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Assist with invoicing and delivery documentation.
• Maintain proper handling and organization of merchandise.
• Follow company safety procedures and DOT regulations applicable to the vehicle and route.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and the operations team.
Qualifications
• Must reside in Virginia, preferably near Forestville or Oxon Hill.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the United States.
• Experience driving box trucks, preferably 16-foot trucks.
• Previous experience in route sales, direct store delivery (DSD), food distribution, or customer-facing sales is strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers and transportation authorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including loading, unloading, and handling merchandise.
• Reliable, organized, punctual, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned route.
Work Schedule
• Start time: Between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, depending on the assigned route.
• Schedule and working hours depend on route requirements.
