Route Sales Driver

Job Summary This position is 100 % Commission and 1099 Payroll. As a Route Sales Driver, you’ll deliver products to retail customers, build strong client relationships, and grow sales through attentive service and thoughtful upselling. You’ll plan and drive assigned routes, manage product displays, and handle merchandise safely. Your impact: Reliable deliveries and helpful recommendations keep customers’ shelves stocked and support their day-to-day business. Responsibilities Drive a box truck vehicle along assigned routes and transport products safely. Deliver orders, communicate with clients, and resolve routine service questions professionally. Build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and use pricing information to support upselling. Merchandise products in retail stores, maintain organized displays, and check stock as needed. Load and unload products using safe lifting practices, including when handling heavy items. Experience Box truck driving experience is preferred; a valid license and any required qualifications must meet applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Customer service, sales, client communication, and customer relationship-building skills are important; retail store experience is a plus. Comfortable with route driving, automobile transportation, and safely handling physical work, including heavy lifting. Able to use basic math for order checks, pricing, and transactions. Strong communication and organizational skills; merchandising or upselling experience is helpful. Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per week Work Location: On the road
