Route Sales Associate Trainee

Pay Range $52,000 - $62,000 per year Join our South San Francisco team as a Route Sales Associate Trainee! Job Summary: You will manage every aspect of customers doing business with us. These responsibilities include Customer Service, Equipment Maintenance and Repair, Inventory and Spending Control, Delivery, Invoicing, Professional Driving, Upselling and more. To be successful, you need to have good people skills, be highly motivated to succeed and enjoy learning. We provide side-by-side training in the field and in the classroom. Learning and improvement here is continuous and on-going. Why Join Us: This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am-4pm with overtime as needed, paying $25/hr plus overtime. Requirements: The requirements for this position include possessing a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years, mechanical skills, and good verbal and written communication abilities. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor role that involves driving a company vehicle, lifting up to 70 pounds of cleaning chemicals daily, and potentially ascending/descending stairs at both the branch and customer locations.
