Through three branches, we serve businesses across the Central Valley and Bay Area with snacks, beverages, food, and coffee, delivered through vending machines, micro-markets, and office coffee programs. About the role As a Route Merchandiser Driver out of our Stockton branch, you run an established route and own it. Our warehouse team picks your order, you check it over and load your van, and then you're on the road. At every stop, you're the face of the company. The best drivers treat their accounts like their own business, and their customers notice. It's physically active, you get a lot of independence, and no two days are the same. What you'll do Take your picked order from the Stockton warehouse, verify it, and load it into your assigned vehicle Drive to client locations on an established schedule and restock vending machines, micro-markets, and office coffee bars to set inventory levels Rotate and handle perishable products properly during transport and on-site Perform routine machine cleaning and minor repairs or adjustments, and report issues that need a technician Remove outdated or damaged product and keep every account area clean and organized Document service transactions accurately on forms and electronic devices Resolve or report customer complaints and machine malfunctions promptly Introduce customers to new products, promotions, and company services Perform daily vehicle inspections, keep your vehicle clean, and report any mechanical issues Be a great teammate and pitch in wherever needed Who we're looking for Character first.
