Route Driver

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Route Driver to help deliver our products to retail partners across the region. This role is essential in ensuring our products arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition while representing our company with professionalism and pride. Schedule & Work Structure This position primarily operates on local delivery routes, supporting a more consistent and predictable schedule: Start Time: 7:00 AM Typical End Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (based on route) 3-4 delivery days per week Minimal to no overnight travel Weekly schedules provided at least one week in advance Additional routes or hours may be available based on business needs Key Responsibilities Safely transport products from the Lebanon manufacturing facility to retail partners and distribution locations Maintain proper temperature control to ensure product quality Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently Load and unload products while maintaining product integrity Maneuver delivery vehicles safely in various environments Retain and submit fuel, toll, and delivery documentation accurately Provide professional, friendly service to customers at each stop Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations Qualifications Valid Missouri Class E Drivers License (Required) Minimum 1 year of driving experience (Preferred) High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) Strong time management and organizational skills Customer-service mindset with professional communication Ability to lift and move product as needed Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location: In person
