What You'll Do & Succeed Here As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll manage an established route and serve as the face of our company to customers throughout the Salt Lake City market. You'll ensure customer locations remain fully stocked, organized, and delivering an exceptional breakroom experience. Key Responsibilities Service an assigned route of customer accounts throughout the Salt Lake City area Deliver and stock snacks, beverages, fresh food, coffee, and pantry products Merchandise products according to company standards Maintain clean, organized, and professional customer locations Rotate inventory and ensure product freshness Build positive relationships with customers and respond to requests professionally Load and unload products safely and efficiently throughout the day Complete route documentation, inventory tracking, and service records accurately Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Communicate customer needs, service concerns, and growth opportunities to management Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean and professional manner Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and driving regulations High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate a company vehicle Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Basic smartphone, tablet, or handheld device proficiency Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, where permitted by law Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location Previous Route Driver, Delivery Driver, Merchandiser, Vending, DSD, or Service Representative experience Experience in vending, office coffee service, pantry programs, food service, hospitality, retail, warehouse, or distribution environments Customer-facing service experience Inventory management or merchandising experience Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles Bilingual skills are a plus Monday - Friday 6:00 AM until route completion This is a full-time, day-shift position. Route completion times may vary based on route volume, customer needs, and business demands. Overtime opportunities may be available. Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
