We're looking for a dependable and motivated Route Driver who enjoys working independently, delivering excellent customer service, and making a positive impact with every customer visit. What You'll Do & Succeed Here As a Route Driver, you'll manage an established route throughout the Portland Metro area, ensuring customer locations are stocked, organized, and ready to deliver an exceptional breakroom experience. Every day you'll deliver products, merchandise inventory, maintain equipment, and build strong relationships with customers while serving as the face of Evergreen Refreshments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and seeing the results of their efforts every day. Key Responsibilities Service an assigned route of customer accounts throughout the Portland area Deliver snacks, beverages, fresh food, coffee, and workplace refreshment products Merchandise products according to company standards Maintain clean, organized, and professional customer locations Rotate inventory and ensure product freshness Build positive relationships with customers and respond to service requests Safely load and unload products throughout the day Complete route paperwork and inventory reporting accurately Operate company vehicles safely and professionally Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction Maintain equipment and company assets Follow all company safety procedures and driving regulations We're Looking for Someone Who Takes ownership of their work and follows through on commitments Enjoys working independently with minimal supervision Has a positive and customer-focused attitude Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Takes pride in maintaining professional customer locations Enjoys staying active throughout the workday Has strong time management skills Can safely lift, move, and transport products throughout the day Thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different Wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career Job Requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate a route vehicle Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Basic smartphone and tablet proficiency Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by law Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location Preferred Qualifications Route Driver experience Delivery Driver experience Vending, Merchandising, or Pantry Service experience Warehouse, Distribution, or Logistics experience Food Service or Hospitality experience Inventory management experience Customer-facing service experience Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Push carts, hand trucks, and product loads throughout the day Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing Enter and exit delivery vehicles multiple times daily Work in warehouse, customer, and outdoor environments Perform physical work throughout the…
