Route Delivery Driver – Local Ice Cream & Frozen Food Distribution

Good ’n Cold LLC is a family-owned ice cream and frozen food distributor serving stores throughout Utah. We distribute well-known ice cream, frozen treats, and novelty products to convenience stores, grocery stores, and other retailers. We’re a small, growing company looking for a dependable person who wants a long-term position and the opportunity to grow with us . About the Job This is a hands-on route position. You’ll drive an assigned route throughout Northern Utah, deliver product, stock and rotate ice cream in freezers and displays, and take care of the stores on your route. Most of the day is spent working independently, so we’re looking for someone responsible who can manage their route, take care of customers, and get the job done without constant supervision. Typical responsibilities include: Delivering ice cream, frozen treats, and other frozen products Stocking and rotating product in store freezers and displays Keeping displays clean, organized, and well-stocked Loading and unloading your truck Completing invoices and route paperwork Working with store managers, receivers, and employees Helping unload incoming product at the warehouse Schedule You must be comfortable with early mornings. Routes start early, especially during the summer, when getting ice cream delivered before the hottest part of the day makes a big difference. We also receive early-morning product deliveries, typically around 5:00 AM . These are generally once a week during the summer and about every other week during the winter , although the schedule can occasionally change. Route employees are required to be there to help unload and load their trucks. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Able and willing to work early mornings Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card Able to pass required drug screening and background check Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Professional and friendly with customers A CDL is not required, but is preferred. Route delivery, box truck, merchandising, grocery, food, beverage, or distribution experience is a plus.
