Roll-Off Driver/Production Operator
Dominion Nickel AlloysDominion Nickel Alloy is currently seeking a Roll-Off Driver / Production Team Member to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work, is safety-conscious, and enjoys being part of a team. This is a hands-on position that combines roll-off truck driving with general production and material-handling duties. What We Offer Starting wage: $22.50/hour Monday to Friday schedule — no weekends Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM 3% employer RRSP match after 3 months Extended benefits after 3 months , including: Dental Medical Vision Life Insurance Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to learn additional equipment and develop new skills Team-oriented work environment The Role As a Roll-Off Driver / Production Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Safely operating a roll-off truck with a manual transmission Moving and positioning roll-off bins and materials throughout the facility Loading, unloading, and handling materials as required Assisting with general production and material-handling duties Operating a Bobcat/skid steer when required Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any issues Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following all company health and safety policies and procedures Working closely with other members of the production team Performing other duties as required to support daily operations What We're Looking For · Valid G driver's licence · DZ licence is not required, as all roll-off truck and material-moving operations associated with this position are conducted exclusively on private company property · Previous manual transmission driving experience · Roll-off truck driving experience is considered an asset · Bobcat/skid steer experience is preferred · Previous manufacturing, industrial, production, or material-handling experience is an asset · Strong work ethic with reliable and dependable attendance · Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail · Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment · Able to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team · Positive attitude and strong team-oriented approach · Willingness to assist with various duties as required to support efficient daily production Who Will Succeed in This Role?
