Job Summary:
As Revenue Operations Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in building, maintaining, and evolving our go-to-market (GTM) systems. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll partner closely with teams across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Proposal Operations and Solutions Engineering to ensure that our Salesforce environment and related tools are fully optimized, integrated and aligned to our business strategy. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer- facing teams. You’ll also leverage different technologies - including Gong, HubSpot, Pursuit and Responsive to enhance automation, reporting and data quality across the GTM sector.

Key Skills
Salesforce System Administration and Configuration: Deep understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and automation best practices.
Problem-Solving & Solution Design: Ability to understand stakeholder challenges and translate business requirements into scalable, effective system solutions with minimal oversight.
GTM Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with additional GTM tools such as Gong, Ironclad, HubSpot, NetSuite Looker, and Pursuit, and the ability to maintain, integrate, and optimize them with Salesforce.
Project Management & Prioritization: Experience managing system roadmaps, intake processes, and change management in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM tools to ensure high system performance, data integrity, and business alignment.
Design and implement scalable automations, flows, and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
Identify key business metrics, design dashboards and ensure team alignment.
Design and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into GTM performance and pipeline health.
Collaborate with revenue stakeholders to understand pain points, scope solutions, and proactively drive business impact.
Own and evolve our RevOps tool ecosystem, serving as the systems steward for integrations and other applications.
Maintain technical documentation and drive adoption of best practices across users and teams.
Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings in compliance with internal policies
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and executing roadmap projects.
Lead system audits and data hygiene efforts to ensure our CRM supports accurate reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, or other related technical operations role
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud
Familiarity with GTM platforms and Integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Ironclad, Looker, Pursuit, NetSuite)
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance and Salesforce best practices
Experience building reports and dashboards using Salesforce and analytics tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Effective communicator with a collaborative approach across GTM stakeholders
Salesforce Administrator certification
An aptitude for problem solving
