Returns & Inventory Associate – Part-Time | Apparel Warehouse

BORN TO RACE, a growing motorcycle apparel and e-commerce company, is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Returns & Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team in Islandia, NY. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing merchandise, working with clothing and apparel, and maintaining an accurate and efficient workspace. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, and can maintain a reliable weekly schedule. Key Responsibilities Open, inspect, and process customer returns. Examine jackets, pants, gloves, and other apparel for damage, wear, or missing components. Fold, repackage, label, and prepare eligible products for resale. Organize returned merchandise by product, color, and size. Restock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Assist with inventory counts and stock accuracy. Occasionally assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Comfortable handling, folding, and organizing clothing. Basic computer skills. Previous experience in retail, apparel, e-commerce, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required. Ability to stand during shifts and handle routine warehouse tasks. Work Schedule Part-time, initially 1–2 weekdays per week. Shift hours: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Consistent weekly availability is strongly preferred. Additional hours may become available as the company grows. Compensation $17.00–$23.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
