Retailer - Project Manager - Pricing and Planning
Tassell Consulting**Strong retail experience and proven project management skills are essential; previous pricing, planning or Oracle experience is not required** - if someone has solid consulting background and business change/transformation roles in retail, with solid PM experience, this will suffice. A major retailer is on its way through a multiyear transformation across distribution centres, transport management and now pricing and planning. They are using Oracle ERP. They have hundreds of physical retail stores all over the USA. This role covers Oracle LPO; Lifecycle planning and price optimisation. We are looking for someone who has worked with this planning suite of Oracle or has strong core retail experience e.g. broad operations, supply chain, buying & merchandising etc. Price Optimisation is the introduction of AI based tools that make price change recommendations Shift to differential pricing by area and store The client would like someone who can help them think through this new way of working. We're looking for: 1. A 'BA minded' project manager would be idea though an out and out PM is fine 2. Retail background ideally or at least FMCG / consumer goods 3. Business Analyst skills to process map and analyse end to end processes would be an advantage 4. Project Management skills to set up, run and track this project - status reporting, steer cos, risks, dependencies, maintaining RAID logs etc. 5.
