Retail Warehouse Associate

Corrales, NM Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9am-3pm. Potentially flexible on days. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while also being a great teammate.If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love being part of a growing small business, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and care Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently Assist with general warehouse tasks and daily operations Complete basic computer and backend administrative tasks Take simple product photos for our website and social media Assist with basic social media and content-related tasks as needed Help prepare new product launches and restocks Jump in wherever needed to support the team What We're Looking For Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, dependable, and punctual Strong attention to detail Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly Proficient with technology, including basic computer programs, mobile devices, and social media platforms Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to frequently go up and down stairs throughout the workday Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for the majority of the shift Bonus Qualifications Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience Basic product photography experience Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Interest in the western or equine industry What We Offer Flexible schedule (perfect for moms!)
