Retail Team Lead/Keyholder

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Retail Team Lead/Keyholder to join our dynamic retail environment. Duties Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a positive shopping environment Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize product availability Handle cash register operations using POS (Point of Sale) systems, perform cashiering duties, and ensure accurate cash handling and bookkeeping Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees; provide ongoing training and development for team members Manage store safety protocols as a keyholder, including security checks, monitoring CCTV surveillance, and responding to incidents promptly Execute operational tasks such as purchasing, pricing adjustments, sales management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization Skills Proven experience in retail sales management with strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, and bookkeeping practices Strong inventory management capabilities including stock control, merchandising, purchasing, and inventory turnover strategies Proficient in POS systems, cash handling procedures, retail math calculations, and operational management software Demonstrated leadership with experience supervising teams, managing shift schedules, and conducting training & development sessions Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail in retail operations Knowledge of retail industry standards such as pricing strategies, sales techniques, customer service excellence, and store management best practices Join us as a Retail Team Lead/Keyholder where your enthusiasm for retail combined with your leadership talent will make a meaningful impact.
