As part of our small team, you will help us create a welcoming store where customers can discover and enjoy antiqua's unique style. What You'll Do Customer Service & Sales Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service. Help customers discover products and explore styling ideas. Share product features and the antiqua brand story. Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using our POS system. Inventory & Merchandise Receive and check incoming merchandise. Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Replenish products and keep displays organized. Assist with regular inventory counts. Share information about popular and low-stock items. Store Cleaning & Daily Operations Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout area, and stockroom clean and organized. Perform daily cleaning, including floors, mirrors, shelves, and store fixtures. Help with opening and closing procedures. Prepare merchandise displays and check POS equipment before opening. Assist with register reconciliation, daily closing tasks, and store security procedures. New Store Opening & Team Collaboration Help prepare our new SoHo store for opening, including merchandise setup, inventory organization, store cleaning, and POS training. Share customer feedback, sales trends, and ideas to improve the shopping experience. Communicate daily sales and store updates to Japan headquarters using simple reporting tools. Work closely with the team and Japan headquarters to build efficient daily store operations. Support part-time team members with daily tasks and store procedures. You won't be doing everything alone! Our Japan headquarters will provide support with hiring, HR decisions, and overall business management. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with a team and helping a new store grow. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Good English communication and customer service skills. A friendly, positive, and responsible attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Basic computer and tablet skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience. Interest in fashion and styling. Experience using POS or inventory management systems. Japanese language skills. Previous store management experience is not required. Compensation & Schedule Annual base salary: $45,000–$50,000. Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week. Non-exempt position; overtime pay provided in accordance with applicable law. Store operating days and specific schedules to be confirmed. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
