VIP SMOKER VAPE LLCRetail Store Manager – New Store Opening Ridgemark | Springfield, MO Ridgemark is seeking an experienced, hands-on Retail Store Manager to help prepare our new store for opening and oversee day-to-day store operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, takes initiative, solves problems, and knows how to create an efficient retail environment. Responsibilities: Help organize and prepare the store for opening Oversee receiving, sorting, pricing, stocking, and merchandise flow Manage POS and inventory systems Maintain accurate pricing and inventory organization Direct and delegate tasks to store employees Oversee front-end operations and daily workflow Maintain an organized and efficient sales floor Troubleshoot operational issues and find practical solutions Handle difficult customer and employee situations professionally Help develop and maintain efficient store procedures Ensure daily tasks and priorities are completed Maintain high standards for organization and attention to detail Qualifications: Previous retail management or retail operations experience Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience with freight, receiving, inventory, or merchandising preferred Experience with POS and inventory management systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong problem-solving ability Comfortable taking initiative and working independently Ability to prioritize and delegate in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable New store opening experience is a plus Ideal experience may include: retail store management, operations management, freight/receiving, liquidation retail, high-volume retail, inventory management, or merchandising. Ridgemark is looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, lead confidently, and help build a well-organized, smoothly functioning store from the beginning.
