Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on store products and services Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Maintain stock levels through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, and managing cash drawer with precision Assist in inventory management by performing stock checks and supporting stock replenishment efforts Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Previous retail sales experience or grocery store background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory; leadership qualities appreciated Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies Ability to handle phone inquiries professionally and courteously using proper phone etiquette Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations confidently Join us as a Retail Store Crew member and help us create memorable shopping experiences while growing your career in a lively retail environment!
