Retail Shopper / Product Sourcer (Performance-Based Role) Campos Enterprises Inc. is a fast-growing e-commerce business based in San Francisco. We buy products from retail stores and outlets and resell them online across platforms like Amazon and Walmart. This is a performance-driven role. You will be making real buying decisions daily, and your accuracy and judgment directly impact company results. What you will do: Visit retail stores daily Scan products and evaluate profitability Purchase inventory based on strict guidelines Maintain accuracy when entering buy costs and product details Communicate with the team throughout the day What we are looking for: Extremely detail-oriented Strong decision making under pressure Competitive mindset and takes pride in performance Reliable and consistent Comfortable being on your feet for long periods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Performance expectations: High accuracy when entering buy costs and product details Ability to follow systems exactly Consistently meet or exceed profit and ROI targets Low error rate and strong judgment on purchases Important: This is not a typical retail job. Mistakes cost real money. If you do not pay attention to detail or cannot follow instructions closely, this role will not be a good fit. Top performers will earn more and take on more responsibility over time.
