Retail Sales & Store Operations Lead

Overview This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, polished and dependable, has several years of retail experience and enjoys customer service, merchandising and the day-to-day operations of a specialty store. Strong computer skills will be required for back-office and POS management. We are an award-winning boutique looking for an experienced retail professional who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment. Skills Required: Exceptional customer service and sales skills Strong computer and organization skills needed for building/receiving inventory Comfortable with POS systems and reports Merchandising and visual-display experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, self-directed and able to follow through Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and assisting with product replenishment to keep the store fully merchandised at all times What We're Looking For We value attitude as much as experience. Must be available for events and holiday schedules. Pay: Competitive wage based on experience.
