Supports daily convenience store and fuel station operations while promoting sales and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. Assist customers with fuel purchases, store products, and general inquiries. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are available and organized. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items. Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, fuel pumps, and exterior areas. Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards, if applicable. Verify age requirements for tobacco, alcohol, and other restricted products. Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention procedures. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Perform opening, closing, and shift-change procedures. Support promotional activities and upsell products when appropriate. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail, convenience store, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 pounds. Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with lawn care and landscape maintenance is highly valued. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and gardening techniques is preferred. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling ensures smooth transactions.
