Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to lawn care, gardening, floral design, and landscape maintenance Provide expert plant identification and horticulture advice to help customers make informed decisions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions Maintain attractive merchandise displays and organize stock to ensure products are readily available and well-presented Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting with online orders, inventory management, and order fulfillment Conduct outdoor work such as lawn care and landscape maintenance to demonstrate product use and assist customers on-site when needed Engage in phone communication with customers to answer questions, provide product recommendations, and support sales efforts Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening practices Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proven experience with retail sales, merchandising, stocking, and POS systems Ability to identify plants accurately and provide gardening advice confidently Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle cashiering and cash handling efficiently Organizational skills for managing inventory, stock rotation, and store displays Outdoor work experience demonstrating comfort working outside in various weather conditions Knowledge of floral design principles is advantageous for assisting with floral arrangements Familiarity with retail math for pricing, discounts, and sales calculations Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for outdoor environments meets dynamic retail opportunities.
