Retail Operations & Inventory Associate

Position Overview We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our GELATO PIQUE ( www.gelatopique.us ) and SNIDEL ( www.snidel.us ) stores in New York. The position will primarily focus on store inventory management, stockroom organization, coordination with our 3PL warehouse, and logistics support for merchandise imported from Japan to the U.S. The role will also assist our Sales Associates with general store operations and sales-floor support as needed. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize store inventory and stockrooms Receive, check, and organize incoming merchandise Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and stock adjustments Communicate and coordinate with our 3PL warehouse regarding receiving, inventory, fulfillment, transfers, and store requests Support logistics communication and coordination for merchandise shipments from Japan to the U.S. Assist with merchandise transfers between the warehouse and retail stores Support Sales Associates with restocking, store organization, customer service, and sales-floor operations as needed Help maintain an organized and efficient back-of-house and store environment Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): How would you describe your experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets?
