Retail Manager/Sales Associates Needed

Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Supervise sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster team development Handle cash transactions, POS systems, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures with accuracy Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and scheduling shifts to maintain optimal staffing levels Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales growth Maintain operational standards including bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and inventory management Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards Utilize strong management communication skills to motivate staff and resolve customer concerns promptly Conduct regular store audits to monitor inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and overall store presentation Experience Proven retail management experience with a strong background in sales team supervision and operational oversight Demonstrated success in retail sales management including budgeting, merchandising, and inventory control Experience with POS systems, cashiering, purchasing, and retail math calculations Skilled in employee training & development, managerial communication, and leadership roles within retail environments Familiarity with recruiting processes such as interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Previous experience in grocery stores or wireless sales is advantageous but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
