Retail Inventory Specialist - Made in KC

The Inventory Specialist will maintain efficient and orderly inventory processing for all of our 17 retail shops (brick-and-mortar and online), while also addressing miscellaneous tasks that often come up on short notice. Regular tasks include placing pricing tags on inventor products, following allocation sheets and physically placing inventory on our warehouse shelves to go out to store locations, greeting vendors as deliveries come in and making space for new deliveries, placing and processing wholesale orders. You will be working at our HQ office, in our dedicated inventory warehouse as part of a small team of 4 others. Receive incoming wholesale products, check against invoices for accuracy, and prepare products for delivery to shops. Perform quality control and note damages. Work to ensure inventory levels are continually becoming more precise across all sales channels. Assist with inventory counts and audits. Help to maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer and shop needs. Help prepare gift boxes and corporate orders if requested. Be prepared to jump in when needed and where necessary with fast turn projects. Primary hours will be M-F 10am-5pm, with the expectation that hours may fluctuate seasonally and with large projects such as new store openings, inventory counts, or bulk orders.
